THE Under-14 girls softball team of Jindal Vidya Mandir (JVM), Kalmeshwar won the DSO’s Divisional-Level Tournament softball tournament and qualified for the State competition.

The State meet will be held at Yavatmal. The winning team comprised Riya Chore, Rakshita Thaware, Nirjala Deewan, Akshara Shende, Nakshatra Wade, Aditi Katre, Shrushti Mendhe, Sejal Tikle, Hitanshi Bisen, Hasri Upase, Aarushi Pawar and Vaishnavi Lohakare. Rajesh Jain, Plant Head of JSW Steel Coated Products Limited, Kalmeshwar and Principal Pallavi Chakkilala congratulated the team and sports faculties Govinda Pal and Nikhil Wahane and extended wishes for the State meet.
