Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel interacted with villagers during his Bhent Mulaqat programme at Sipat under Masturi legislative assembly of Bilaspur district. Baghel took feedback from the villagers about government schemes and programmes during the Bhent Mulaqat programme. Garima Yadav, a student of Swami Atmanand English Medium School, thanked the Chief Minister for starting Swami Atmanand English Medium School. Mithilesh Sriwas informed that he is getting unemployment allowance. Several people informed the Chief Minister that they are getting benefits of the government schemes.

Addressing the villagers, Baghel made various announcements including Gram Panchayat Sipat and Masturi to be given the status of Nagar Panchayat, Primary Health Centre Sipat to be upgraded as Community Health Centre, a government college to be opened at Gram Panchayat Pachpedi, police post to be set up at Khamhariya, 50 seats to be increased in SC Girls Pre Matric and Post Matric Hostels, Swami Atmanand English Medium School to be opened at Jairam Nagar village, Middle School Kukda Gram Panchayat to be upgraded as High School and High School Mahmand to be upgraded as Higher Secondary School, construction of bridge and repairing of road to be carried out from Gram Panchayat Pendri to Khorsi approach road, WMB road to be constructed from Sametabhatha to Devraha Mandir and Sukhritalab to Semariya Baba Ashram, asphaltization of old Darrabhatha road to be carried out from Nawadih Chowk in Sipat, Health centre to be opened in Darrabhata village, Khadya Bhawan to be constructed at Janji village, CC road and mini stadium at be constructed at Beltukri village, new Panchayat building to be constructed in Deori village, rest house to be constructed at Masturi and Kutela Dham to be developed as a tourist spot.
