New social revolution is taking place in Madhya Pradesh: Cm Chouhan

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that I am not a leader, I am a social revolutionist. Today, a new social revolution is taking place in Madhya Pradesh. I am starting a revolution. This land belongs to everyone and everyone has rights over its resources. No poor will remain without land in the State. Every poor will get land to live on and house will also be built. There will be arrangements for education of every child. The Government will also pay fees for higher education of poor children. Medical and engineering studies will also be conducted in Hindi, so that no child is deprived of education.
Children studying in Government schools will get 5 per cent reservation in medical colleges. Every person will get employment. Right now the process of recruitment for one lakh government posts is going on, which will be completed by August 15. After that new recruitments will be done. Everyone will get equal opportunities.
Chief Minister Chouhan attended Ladli Bahna Sammelan-cum-Mukhya Mantri Avasiya Bhu Adhikar Patra distribution programme at Ramnagar in Satna district on Friday. The Chief Minister performed bhoomi-pujan/ inaugurated development works worth Rs 286.86 crore. He also distributed benefits to the beneficiaries of various schemes.
Chouhan said that earlier injustice was done to the sisters in the state. Many sisters could not even leave the house and today sisters are getting equal rights in every field and they are running the government with confidence. The Chief Minister said that along with Ladli Laxmi, Kanya Vivah, Sambal Yojana, 50 percent reservation in panchayats, the livelihood mission, reservation in recruitment in police and teachers, rebate in stamp duty and now schemes like Ladli Bahna have brought sisters on an equal footing with men in every field.
Chouhan said that exactly 28 days from today, on June 10, Ladli Bahna Diwas will be celebrated in the state. On this day the amount of Rs 1000 of the scheme will come in the accounts of the sisters. On this day lamps will be lit in every house and Diwali will be celebrated. Chief Minister Chouhan said that Ladli Bahna is not just a scheme, it is a symbol of the sacred relationship between brother and sister. Just like a brother gives a gift to his sister on Rakhi, similarly this is a gift of Rakhi to one crore 25 lakh sisters of my state, which will be given to them every month.
Chouhan said that now the sisters will also take responsibility for the implementation of the schemes. Ladli Bahna Sena is being formed in every village, in which there will be 11 and 21 sisters who will play an active role in the implementation of schemes especially related to sisters. Ladli Bahna Sena will bring a new revolution on the soil of the state. He instructed that the collectors should ensure the formation of Ladli Bahna Sena in their respective districts.Chouhan announced the opening of a Polytechnic College in Ramnagar.
He announced funds for development of Municipal Council bus stand, Maryadpur Primary Health Centre to be made public health centre and new health centre to be opened at Jigna Hinauti. He also announced opening of new SDOP office in Ramnagar and introduction of new subjects in government college. 10,000 letters handed over to the Chief Minister: In the women’s conference, the sisters thanked Chief Minister Chouhan for implementing Ladli Bahna Yojana by presenting 10,000 letters written in Bagheli language.
The sisters welcomed the Chief Minister by tying a turban. The Chief Minister inaugurated the conference by lighting the lamp and worshiping the girl child. Minister of State for Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare (Independent Charge), Panchayat and Rural Development Ramkhelavan Patel said that Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has made plans for the welfare of the common man and the poor from birth till the end of his life. Along with Satna district, development has also been done in the entire State. Member of Parliament Ganesh Singh said that the works done by Chief Minister Chouhan in taking the State forward will always be remembered. For the protection of daughters, the discrimination between son and daughter has come to an end in the State by making Mukhyamantri Ladli Laxmi Yojana. Now a historic initiative has been taken by implementing the Ladli Bahna Yojana for the sisters of the State. District in-charge and Forest Minister Dr Kunwar Vijay Shah, legislators, public representatives and a large number of sisters and citizens were present.
