CM announces to open new colleges at Rampur, Umreli

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel announced that a new college would be opened at Rampur and Umreli under Rampur legislative assembly constituency of Korba district.
Addressing the villagers during his Bhent Mulaqat programme at Chirra village under Rampur legislative assembly constituency of Korba district on Monday, the Chief Minister made various announcements including construction of concrete road from Kudmura to Shyang, paddy procurement centre to be opened at Chirra and Kudmura, Sanskritik Manch and Muktidham to be constructed at Chirra, Swami Atmanand English Medium School to be opened at Barpali,
Rs 5 lakh to be sanctioned each for construction of 25 Devgudis in Rampur legislative assembly, High Schools to be upgrade at Tarda, Kevradwari and Chirra, building to be construction for Higher Secondary School Kanki village and High School Kudurmal village, Kankeshwar Mahadev Mandir to be developed as a tourist spot, district cooperative bank to be opened at Kartala village and building for training of self-help group to be constructed at Chirra village. The Chief Minister interacted with villagers and school students during his Bhent Mulaqat programme. Baghel took feedback about the government schemes from the people.
Later, the Chief Minister met the delegations of various social organisations at Kudmura. Earlier, the Chief Minister inspected Rural Industrial Park Chirra. He also inaugurated and laid foundations stones for various development works. Speaker of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Dr Charan Das Mahant, School Education Minister Dr Premsai Singh Tekam, Revenue Minister Jaisingh Agrawal, Korba MP Jyotsana Mahant, Secretary to Chief Minister Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi, Bilaspur Divisional Commissioner Dr Sanjay Alang, Inspector General of Police Bilaspur Range Badrinarayan Meena, Korba Collector Sanjeev Jha, Superintendent of Police Uday Kiran, other officers and public representatives were present.
