Congress Spokesperson Shivam Shukla joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Bhopal on Thursday where he took saffron party’s membership in presence of BJP’s State President and MP Vishnudutt Sharma, State Organisation General Secretary Hitanand Sharma. Shukla said that he was impressed by the development works and welfare schemes of PM Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

All senior leaders of the party welcomed Shukla into the party by dressing him in saffron. He also said that he was working in Congress for the last three years, there are no possibilities in Congress for the youth coming from normal background, efforts are made to suppress them. On the occasion party’s State Vice-President Kantadev Singh, State Media Incharge Ashish Agarwal, State Co-Media Incharge Narendra Shivaji Patel and all officials members of BJP were present. Earlier he was the Congress Spokesperson of Rewa Division.
