On the first day of nomination submission 15 persons collected nomination paper under the third phase of Lok Sabha elections-2024, one nomination was submitted for Parliamentary Constituency 07 Durg on Friday. While one person Shyam Sundar Sahu submitted nomination from Loktantra Congress Party on the first day itself. Those in whose names nomination papers were purchased on the first day include Harishchandra as Independent, Sukhdev Tandon from Rastriya Journalist Party, Arun Kumar Joshi as Independent, Shyam Sundar Sahu from Loktantra Congress Party, Shankar Thakur from Gondwana Gantantra Party, Vijay Baghel from BJP, Harishchandra Thakur as Independent, Anup Kumar Pandey as Independent, Baldev Singh Sahu as Independent, Yashwant Kumar Sahu from Bharatiya Shakti Yojana Party, Ali Husain Siddiqui as Independent, Vikas Sharma as Independent, Rajendra Sahu from Indian National Congress, Savita Banjare from Shakti Sena Bharat Desh, Pushpa Meria as Independent and Anshika Jain as Independent candidates.
