The Jan Samwad Yatra of Union Minister and candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party from Nagpur Lok Sabha Nitin Gadkari received a rousing welcome in South Nagpur on Saturday. The enthusiasm among public was at peak while greeting Nitin Gadkari. The Yatra started from Ramna Maroti area. On this occasion MLA Mohan Mate, former Rajya Sabha Member Dr Vikas Mahatme, BJP City President Jitendra (Bunty) Kukde, NCP (Ajit Pawar) City President Prashant Pawar, Shiv Sena (Shinde) Vidarbha Organising Head Mangesh Kashikar, Suraj Goje were prominently present. The Yatra passed by Ramana Maroti, Sharda Square via Ishwar Nagar, Kukreja Paris City, Dutt Mandir, Kirti Apartment Square. People showered flowers on Gadkari. At some places, senior citizen organisations welcomed Gadkari with garlands and wished him a resounding victory in the elections. The enthusiasm of the women throughout the Yatra was admirable. Women have drawn rangolis for the Lok Samvad Yatra and participated in traditional attire. At Tiranga Square, Swapnil Salunkhe and his workers gave a warm welcome to the campaign rath. Tiranga Square was literally blooming with crowd of young people. During the yatra, workers and employees of various hospitals, coaching classes, salons, restaurants, shops spontaneously received the Yatra. Gadkari was welcomed by youngsters with placards ‘Ab Ki Baar Charso Par’ written on them.
 
A young woman was also seen riding a horse with a sword in her hand. Gadkari’s campaign chariot came and people greeted him and wished him. On behalf of Sakkardara Chowk Traders Union and Traders Aghadi, the Yatra was also welcomed at Sakkardara Square, Ayurvedic College, Mahakalkar Bhawan, Surve Layout, Dattatray Nagar, Tajbagh Dargah, Shahnshah Chowk, New Subhedar, Uday Nagar Road, Gajanan School, Ayodhya Nagar Square, Nagoba Mandir, Sharda Square, Rakshak Kirana, Tukdoji Square, Professor Colony, Hanuman Nagar, Medical Road and the Yatra concluded near Chandan Nagar Police Station. Lok Samvad Yatra in East Nagpur today Lok Samwad Yatra will visit East Nagpur on Sunday and will start from 10 am. Earlier, Nitin Gadkari will pay respects to Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar at 9 am at Samvidhan Square. Then at 9.20 am, Gadkari will visit Deekshabhoomi. After that, Lok Samvad Yatra will start from Satranjipura Square around 10 am. The Yatra will reach Hanuman Mandir in Pardi via Marwari Square, Prem Nagar Square, Kalimata Mandir, Bharatwada Square, Cement Road, Shyam Nagar and will conclude.
 
Civil Engineers Forum, Lawyers Forum extend support to Gadkari Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party candidate of Nagpur Lok Sabha Nitin Gadkari was extended support by Civil Engineers Forum, Progressive Lawyers Forum, Bathri Teli Samaj, Jaibhim Army Association etc. for the Lok Sabha elections. Every day various organisations are coming forward to support Gadkari in the elections. The steps taken by him for the development of infrastructural facilities as well as for the overall development of the city are bearing results. The Civil Engineers Forum said in a letter of support, ‘Nitin Gadkari has transformed Nagpur into a modern city in the last ten years. His efforts brought major changes in infrastructure and communication facilities in the country. Gadkari has a great contribution. He has also registered seven world records so far. Many engineers in the city have had the opportunity to work with him. Therefore, we are extending support to Nitin Gadkari.’
 
The letter of Civil Engineers Association has been given to Gadkari with the signature of office-bearers. The Progressive Lawyers Forum also expressed support and wished for a resounding victory in the elections. Jaibhim Army and allied organisations have also shown active support to Gadkari. Association President Nitin More, Mahila Mukti Morcha President Ashok Kharat, Blue Tiger Organisation President Balasaheb Shelke expressed support to Gadkari. Nagpur Saryu Parin Brahmin Samaj, Akhil Bharatiya Bania Samaj Maha Parishad, Bathri Teli Samaj, Telugu Culture Association, Shaheed Foundation, Jaiswal Education Committee, Sri Vishwakarma Tribal Association, Kesarwani Vaishya Welfare Committee, Bhoi Sena, Malvi Goldsmith Association, Bharat Ratna Dr Ambedkar Vidyarthi Manch, Meena Samaj Multi-Purpose Society, Maharashtra Vaishya Sangh etc announced their support to Nitin Gadkari through official letters of support.
