“There are 30 lakh job positions lying vacant in our country in various sectors while on the other hand our youngsters remain unemployed. Congress, if comes to power, will provide these jobs to youngsters. Unlike the present Government which is known for not fulfilling its promises, Congress will keep its word. Government will spend Rs one lakh on youngsters doing apprenticeship. The manifesto prepared by me and Rahul Gandhi has taken the needs of people of all walks of life into account. I appeal you to vote for Congress,” urged All India Congress Committee (AICC) President Mallikarjun Kharge. He was addressing a rally at Golibar Chowk on Sunday. The rally was the part of campaign for Nagpur Lok Sabha candidate of Congress Vikas Thakre. Congress State President Nana Patole, Legislature Party Leader Balasaheb Thorat, Goa In-charge Manikrao Thakre, MP Chandrakant Handore, former Union Minister Vilas Muttemwar, AICC Secretary Ashish Dua, former Minister Satish Chaturvedi, ex-minister Dr Anees Ahmed, MLC Wajahat Mirza, MLC Abhijit Wanjari, State Vice President Organisation and Administration Nana Gawande, Chief Spokesperson Atul Londhe, Kamlesh Samarth, Women Congress President Nash Ali, Bunty Shelke, Atul Kotecha, Girish Pandav, Shekhar Sawarbandhe, Prakash Gajbhiye of Nationalist Congress Party, Kishor Kumeria of Shiv Sena (UBT) along with leaders of Mahavikas Aghadi were seated on the dais.

Congress will pay crop insurance in 30 days. Congress has given a guarantee of GST-free agriculture.” “Our party has been fighting to save the Indian Constitution written by Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar. His Constitution safeguards the rights of 140 crore Indians. Indian Constitution talks about equality. Congress never acted indifferently with any community. We always advocate the equal status to Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Bouddha, Jain. Thakre is not a high profile candidate but a ground level worker. He has been selected to defeat Gadkari.
