UNITY Sports Association, under the aegis of Maharashtra Government’s Directorate of Sports and Youth Services, Pune and in collaboration with District Sports Office, Nagpur and Nagpur District Yogasana Sports Association is organising a month-long summer yogasana sports training camp from April 15 to May 15, informs Anil Mohagaonkar through a press release. The camp will be conducted at Bapunagar Garden, Umred Road, Nagpur from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Boys and girls above five years of age, men and women all can enrol themselves for this camp.

 

In this camp training sessions on traditional yogasana, artistic single, artistic pair, rhythmic pair, artistic group will be conducted. Along with this guidance on basic yoga knowledge for overall development of students, yoga science useful for physical, mental and intellectual development, guidance for living a healthy life will also be given during the month-long camp. Those who complete the camp successfully will be given certificates by District Sports Office.
