“The Sankalp Patra released by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will prove instrumental in the development of the country. This is a document of the guarantee of the Prime Minister which will be a milestone in the development of Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav said while addressing a press conference on Monday. On this occasion, State President of the BJP, V D Sharma said that there are four castes in the country i.e., youths, females, farmers and poor. The manifesto of the party equally focuses on the needs and aspirations of them. Coining the Sankalp Patra as a roadmap for the developed country, he mentioned that it will be path breaking in re-establishing the country as Vishwaguru. They also released the party’s manifesto, ‘BJP ka Sankalp, Modi ki Guarantee 2024’ on this occasion.

 

Addressing the press conference, Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav said that this is the guarantee of PM Modi. The State Government has worked tremendously for fulfilling the promises made in the manifesto as released in the assembly elections. These promises will be also fulfilled. In 10 years, PM Modi has emerged as peoples’ leader in the country. This manifesto will also facilitate will boost the possibilities of tourism, medical, education and other fields in the State. PM mentioned that every poor will be given a home to live and he did this through Pradhan Mantri Awaas Scheme. A special focus has been given on the traditional and indigenous knowledge in the manifesto. The country has witnessed the historic landing of the Chandrayaan and will be also witnessing the landing of Gaganyaan in the near future.

 

CM Yadav said that the Sankalp Patra has opened the door of opportunities in the field of tourism. At present, the state has huge potential for the growth of tourism and for that the state government is working on Project Cheetah and Heritage. Due to the construction of Mahakal Lok and Devi Lok, a major growth has been also recorded in the religious tourism. More than 60 countries in the world depend on tourism for ensuring their financial security. In our country too, there are several states which depend on tourism for their GDP. State BJP President Vishnu Dutt Sharma said that the party has fulfilled all promises made in Lok Sabha elections 2014 and the promises made in this election will be also fulfilled. The party has decided to re-establish the country as Vishwaguru and the Sankalp Patra is the gateway to the same. PM Modi has said that there are only four castes in the country- youth, poor, farmer and females. The manifesto of the party will pave the way for good governance and welfare if the downtrodden in the country.

 

He emphasised that this Sankalp Patra has been created with the suggestions of the people and for collecting the same, various methods were devised by the central leadership. The party received 15 lakh suggestions and 4 lakh suggestions were received via Namo app. In the state, suggestion boxes were installed at 1,100 places and where 26,000 people gave their valuable suggestions. He also thanked the members of the Sankalp patra committee which included the present and former chief ministers of the state Dr. Mohan Yadav and Shivraj Singh Chouhan respectively. He said that due to the works of the Prime Minster, the world is now looking at us with respectful eyes and the Indians living abroad are feeling pride in their nation. The country has established itself as the mother of democracy in the world. Several historic decisions like construction of Ram Temple, abrogation of article 370, abolishing of Triple Talaq and Citizenship Amendment Act have been taken by the government. State Executive Member Hemant Khandelwal and media cell incharge Ashish Usha Agrawal were also present during the press conference.
