Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia filed his nomination from Shivpuri on Tuesday in the presence of Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav, State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Vishnu Dutt Sharma and former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. After filing the nomination, the leaders also participated in a roadshow and addressed a public meeting in the region. Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav said that all four directions are turning up with good news. Every part of the State is filled with chants Modi, Modi. PM has worked for strengthening the democracy and due to this there is a sense of thrill among the cadres of the party which has proved that the party will be victorious with an absolute majority in the upcoming elections. Gwalior-Shivpuri is the land of valour, this is the land of Rajmata Scindia. The Congress has repeatedly failed in trying to compete with the Scindia family and as a result of that there politics has come to an end. He mentioned that PM Modi has taken a ‘sankalp’ to bag 400 seats in the upcoming elections. For fulfilling that session, we have to ensure that all 29 fall in hands of the party. This time, even the people of Chhindwara have changed their mind and have decided to bid adieu to Kamal Nath and his son. State BJP President Vishnu Dutt Sharma acknowledged the crowd gathered at the meeting and said that it can be evident from the crowd here that history will be created at Shivpuri-Guna Parliamentary constituency.

He mentioned that this election is the election to end the reign of corruption, nepotism, terrorism and mobilisation in the country. The country is marching towards brighter days under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and this time the party will sweep all 29 seats in the elections along with 400 seats in the parliament. he mentioned that this election will mark a tribute to Dr Shyama Prasad Mokerjee, who sacrificed his life for the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. He also said that this time, the party will also win the Chhindwara constituency this time and the party workers’ will definitely have a bigger stake in that. At the public meeting, former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Congress has always used the issue of Ram Temple as a political gimmick but never tried to work for the cause of construction of the temple. They were the ones who created a divisive line between the Hindus and Muslims. Now the congress has even started disrespecting Lord Ram while disrespecting the Prime Minister and also rejected the invitation for the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple. There is a situation of chaos in the congress. The apex leader of the party Sonia Gandhi has refused to contest from Rae Bareli and has instead moved to the Council of States (Rajya Sabha)

. Rahul Gandhi has also turned into a fugitive and went to the South for contesting the election. IN the reign of Congress, the country was even suffering for two square meals but when our government came to power, various welfare schemes such as Ladli Laxmi, Ladli Bahna and other several schemes were introduced. Jyotiraditya Scindia on this occasion, said that PM always worries for the poor and downtrodden. He has introduced several schemes which have proved to be beneficial for the common citizens including PM Awas Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Ujjawal Yojna and others. He emphasised that Modi is the name of faith whereas the INDI alliance is an alliance based on corruption and dishonesty with a dominance of a single family. The double engine government has also worked relentlessly for the development of Shivpuri and Guna. Several health and educational institutions have been built. Irrigation schemes have been planned. Ladli Bahna and Kisan Samman Nidhi are becoming the cause of smile of a poor’s face. PM Modi through his schemes has successfully resulted in the alleviation of 25 crore from the gloomy days of poverty. This was a not an easy task but through dedication, the PM has made it happen. Senior leader Dr Narottam Mishra, Lal Singh Arya, Vijay Dubey and other office-bearers were also present during the public meeting.
