NOBEL Sports recorded a convincing 4-0 win over Rising Star in the KickFliks NDFA Under-13 Inter-Academy Football Tournament that got under way at Dr Ambedkar Stadium in Suyog Nagar on Sunday. Ahan Mendhi scored the first goal in 16th minute of play to give Nobel Sports lead. In the 31st minute with an own goal by Vaibhav made it 2-0. Daksh Buche (44th) and Anurag Iyer (50th) too found the targets as Nobel Sports blanked Rising Star 4-0 in the tournament opener.

 

In the second match of the day, Big Ben Academy played a 1-1 draw against Xcite Play. In the 7th minute of play, Joden Carvazho of Big Ben scored an own goal to give Xcite Play 1-0 lead. But in the 14th minute Big Ben’s Trikay Dupare found the net to make it 1-1. Earlier, the tournament was inaugurated in presence NDFA Secretary Iqbal Kashmiri, Dr Kamal Ansari, Atmaram Pandey, Abid Khan, Mohammad Mubin, Abid Khan and Khalid Ansari.
