OJAS Foundation’s 10-day summer residential camp will commence at Siddhivinayak School in Gumgaon, Nagpur from Sunday. The camp will be inaugurated by District Collector Dr Vipin Itankar at 10.30 am. MLA Samir Meghe will be the special guest. Deputy Director of Sports (Nagpur Region) Shekhar Patil, District Sports Officer Pallavi Dhatrak, Director of Sports and Physical Education RTMNU Sharad Suryawanshi, Deputy Director of Education Ulhas Narad and Education Officer Roshini Kumbhar will be guests of honour.
 
This will be for the first time that city is hosting a residential camp for archery which will be open for children above 10 years of age. The camp, which is supported by Maharashtra Archery Association and District Archery Association, will also witness top archers of the country including international coach Praveen Sawant, Tushar Shelke, Tarundeep Rai and Prathamesh Javakar during the opening ceremony. Indian archers, coaches will guide the players on the nuances of archery, how to deal with physical and mental stress and importance of yoga and meditation in players life during the 10-day camp.
