National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed the ‘Prabuddhjan Sammelan’ organised at Mansa Bhavan during his two-day sojourn to Jabalpur, on Tuesday. Addressing a gathering of elite in attendence, he said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has put an end to dynastic politics in the country. Modi has brought about a significant change in the political culture of the country. Nadda emphasised that the BJP's politics is about taking everyone along. Our aim is inclusive growth, trust of citizens and collective efforts, which is why we believe in “sabka sath, sabka vikas, sabka viswas aur sabka prayas”. Paying tribute to Rani Durgavati, Nadda appealed to the intellectuals saying, "I urge to not only support the Bharatiya Janata Party but also utilize your abilities to bless us with the support of maximum people from society. Our party needs strength and this is the need of the hour." Nadda said everyone believed in the idea and it had become our mindset that we have to follow the same path. It was deep-seated in the mind of an ordinary person that change is impossible, but Modi's tenure has changed this mindset. Nadda mentioned that previously, politics revolved around caste and vote bank politics based on dynasty and family connections. However, after Modi's arrival, casteism, dynasty politics and vote bank politics have been eliminated. Modi has redefined the definition of politics.

He said during the COVID-19 pandemic, the government took the tough decision of imposing a strict lockdown. Modi fought against the corona virus and also focused on development. The country developed and manufactured the COVID-19 vaccine in record time and administered it to the entire nation. The opposition tried to defame Modi by misusing the term "Modi vaccine." Confusing the nation is the work of the Congress party. India also supplied vaccines to other countries, he added. The National President of BJP further stated that other countries today consider India as a symbol of development. The Congress party focuses on the issues of inflation and unemployment. Congress has now become unemployed. It has always lacked education, knowledge and information. During the tenure of UPA government, inflation could never be reduced, but under Prime Minister Modi's leadership, India's growth rate has consistently increased. He said China's growth rate is 4.6 percent, France's is 1.4, Germany's is 5, UK's is 6 and United States' is 2.1 while India's growth rate is 6.5 percent. “We have gone from being the 11th largest economy to the 5th largest today.

In the next 5 years, we will become the 3rd largest economy if we elect the BJP”, said Nadda. He said doctors from around the world are coming to India to conduct significant research. Today, we have implemented a new education policy. There is no organisation in the world today that does not invite Modi. When India became a member of the G20, the country changed from an international perspective. The country prioritized bringing back the people stranded in other countries. Today, the world does not mention Pakistan with India. Now it discusses about space and technology. Nadda said Prime Minister Modi is concerned about farmers, poor and women. Today, 9 crore women have been given gas connections. The cleanliness campaign was ridiculed, but we have built 12 crore Ijjat Ghar (dignity homes). There were no electricity in 18,000 villages, we have provided electricity to them. Samman Nidhi was given to farmers. 25 crore people have been lifted above the poverty line. Nadda said due to Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam (Women's Reservation Bill), 33 percent of women will be present in the Parliament.

In the next assembly elections, 33 percent of women will also be given a place in Madhya Pradesh. He said the INDI Alliance has become a group of people and parties trying to safeguard corruption. Nadda said Rahul Gandhi is out on bail, Sonia Gandhi is out on bail and the rest like Kejriwal, Sisodia are in jail. They are all involved in corruption. He said the government is doing development Jabalpur at a brisk pace. Recently an ultra modern terminal building is constructed at Dumna airport. The government is going to give an international look to Jabalpur Railway Station. He lastly appealed all to bless BJP by given votes to party candidate Ashish Dubey. State President, V D Sharma, MP Rajya Sabha Sumitra Balmiki, PWD Minister Rakesh Singh, MLA Ashok Rohani, Abhilash Pandey were also present on the occasion.
