LION The King pipped Python Crushers in Super Over in the Raisoni Premier League Cricket Tournament Season - 9 in progress, at Kacchi Visa ground in Wardhaman Nagar, on Thursday. First match of Day 4 of the tourney witnessed a thrilling encounter between Lion The King and Python Crushers. Crushers won the toss and elected to bat. They started their innings with a solid opening partnership, laying the foundation for a competitive total. Their batsmen displayed excellent stroke play and managed to post a challenging score of 109 runs for the loss of two wickets in 7 overs.

 

In response, Lion batsmen showed great determination and skill as they closed in on the target. Despite losing wickets at regular intervals, Lion managed to match the total, reaching 109 runs for 4 wickets in their allotted 7 overs. In the ensuing Super Over, Lion The King batted first and scored 20 runs for the loss of one wicket. Crushers struggled to cope with the pressure scoring only three runs and losing two wickets in the process going down by 17 runs. In other match of the day, Phoenix Fighters beat Tuscan Tigers by nine wickets.
