Congress Lok Sabha candidate Dinesh Yadav conducted campaigning in many areas under Panagar Assembly constituency. He met with residents in Karameta, Oriya, Surtalai, Magela, Belkhadu, Jhagara, Boria, Nindapur, Baghaura, Barouda, Bhidari, Salaiya, Jetna, Kala Dooma, Puraina, Single Deep, Singod and Garda Khamria and also addressed a public meeting at Panagar bus stand. Speaking on the occasion, he said despite the Bharatiya Janata Party having its MP for 30 years and being in power at the central government for ten years, they have done nothing for the welfare of farmers and the employment of youth. Yadav made a promise to the people that if they win with the blessings and support of the people and if the Congress forms the government, the first priority will be to waive off the loans of farmers.
 
He further said that his party is committed to the demands of farmers regarding the MSP (Minimum Support Price) laws and ensuring employment opportunities for educated youth is guaranteed under their government. Moreover, he assured women that they would receive an annual grant of Rs 1 lakh and tackling inflation, violence against women and corruption would be their top priorities. Yadav appealed to the Congress workers, colleagues and voters of Panagar Assembly constituency to press the EVM button of Congress symbol on the April 19 and contribute towards the victory and formation of a Congress government. Yadav urged party workers and voters to reject the false promises made by the BJP government and instead give their vote and blessings to the Congress.
