Das inaugurates Ojas’ archery camp

ARJUN Awardee and Olympic player Atanu Das inaugurated the Residential Archery Summer Camp organised by Ojas Foundation, on Tuesday. Ojas Foundation is established by word champion and Asian champ archer Ojas Pravin Deotale. The camp is being run at Gumgaon, in Hingna taluka of Nagpur. In the camp, participant have come from difference parts of India — including Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana. Chief Guest of the camp Das said, “I have never seen this type of versatile camp. It is a India-level camp and I appreciate the objectives of Ojas Foundation.”
 
Das and World Cup Stage Winner Prathamesh Javakar discussed with all the participants and taught them new techniques in archery. Ojas explained the mission and vision of Ojas Foundation. “Ojas Foundation will work as a service provider in India with innovative system and provide advance technology. Ojas Foundation has provided bow & arrow to nine poor participants in the 10 days Residential Summer Camp,” Ojas said. The players in the camp will be guided by international coach Pravin Sawant. Ojas Foundation President Pravin Deotale, Secretary Archana Deotale, Treasurer Vinay Deotale, Secretary of District Archery Association Sanjay Korke, Prasanna Hardas and coach Satyajeet were present during the function.
