ENGINEERING Department dominated the inaugural match of the Divisional Railway Manger Cup 2025 against Traction Distribution Department 2-0 on Friday at Ajni Railway Stadium. The tournament is being conducted on a league-cum-knockout basis, with two pools (A and B) consisting of five teams each. Divisional Railway Manager Vinayak Garg inaugurated the tournament.

 

The event was graced by Additional Divisional Railway Manager Manoj Kumar Pingle, Sports Officer and Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (TRD) Mohan Kumar Choudhary, and DSA Sports Secretary Ritesh Anand. A total of 23 matches will be played in the tournament, including 20 league phase matches.

 

The final match is scheduled to be held on 17th October 2025. DRM Vinayak Garg appreciated the successful organisation of the tournament and conveyed his best wishes to all participants. The dedicated DSA organising committee and all participating teams enthusiastically took part in the occasion.
