Everyone seeks happiness,
 Yet shuns the touch of pain;
 But no rainbow ever blossoms
 Without a little rain.
 The finest view awaits us
 Beyond the steepest climb;
 I live not to impress the world,
 But to express through time.
 I'll not diminish the goal,
 But strengthen every effort;
 With eyes on the stars above,
 And steady feet on the ground.
 Need no more favours,
 For I am my own fortune
 Now let my silence thunder -
 And let my actions reign!
