7 CHHATTISGARH State Cricket Sangh (CSCS) has geared-up for the 2nd India versus South Africa One-Day International match to make the glitz and glamour of cricket a grand sporting event in Raipur. With the plans and preparation going on in a war footing, CSCS is well prepared to host the mega international event at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, Raipur on December 3. While talking to the mediapersons, Director of CSCS Vijay Shah informed on two specific issues, the cabinet decision of handing over Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium to CSCS on 30 year lease and the preparation for the one-day international game between India and South Africa.
 
Director of CSCS Baldeo Singh Bhatia and other office bearers were also present. Vijay Shah said, “Several problems were encountered during the last one-day and T-20 international matches held in Raipur in the past. CSCS has identified those issues including parking, ticket pricing, drinking water etc and strongly focused on ensuring solution of such issues in the forthcoming one-day international game. CSCS is making all out efforts to ensure that the event transforms into a memorable outing in the capital city”.
 
Meanwhile, the State Administration has in-principal handed over the stadium for the game, he added. He further said that, student ticket (Upper-3) with entry from gate No 3 is priced at Rs 800 each. The Upper-2 and Upper-4 ticket with entry Gate No 2 and 4 is prices at Rs 1500, ticket for Lower 2, 4, 7, 9 and Upper 1, 5, 6 and 10 with entry from Gate No 2, 3, 5, 6, 9 and 10 is prices at Rs 2500 and the Lower 5, 6 and 10A tickets will be available at Rs 3000 each while Lower 10B ticket is priced Rs 3500 and the sliver ticket will coast Rs 6000 each, Gold will be sold at Rs 8000, platinum for Rs 10,000 and the tickets for Corporate Box will be available at Rs 20,000 each. Detailing on the ticket sale, he said that tickets will be sold online phase-wise starting on November 22 at 5pm. Fans can purchase tickets through www.ticketgenie.in or on Ticketgenie App.
 
Purchase limit has been fixed with each purchaser will get 4 ticket on one ID. Similarly, the physical tickets can be collected from Indoor Stadium, Budhapara, Raipur by showing the Confirmation QR Code from November 24 at 10am. Each student can avail only one ticket by providing proto-copy of valid student ID Card. He also thanked the Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Deputy Chief Minister and Sports Minister Arun Sao and Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma for the cabinet decision of handing over Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium at CSCS on 30 years lease. He also extended gratitude to all cabinet ministers, State President of BJP Kiran Singh Deo and IAS officers for the support and cooperation which will pave-way for increase in fixture of international matches in Raipur.
