A keen tussle for first innings lead is on cards as the four-day U-19 Cooch Behar Trophy match between Vidarbha and Mumbai is headed for a keen finish. At close of play on Day 2, Vidarbha, chasing Mumbai’s first innings tally of 331, were 230-6. Iknoor Singh (45*) and Om Dhotre (28*) were at the crease. The duo has so far added 46 runs for the seventh wicket, and the onus will be on them to carry on the good work when play resumes on Tuesday morning. Captain Kush Sharma (55) and Gaurav Nikam (54) also played their part in the chase. Vidarbha still need 102 runs to clinch a vital first innings lead with four wickets standing.
