Manish Narayandas Gour, a Retired Chief Commercial Controller, Central Railway (Nagpur Division), has been appointed as the Technical Delegate for the 5th Khelo India University Games 2025, scheduled to be held in Jaipur from Nov 25 to Dec 3, 2025. Gour, an FIH Educator and recipient of Hockey India’s Best Technical Official Award, continues to bring distinction to Indian hockey through his expertise and consistent excellence in technical officiating. He has recently and successfully served at several major national-level tournaments, including: 2nd JRD Tata Invitational Hockey Tournament 2025, Bhubaneswar; 5th Hockey India Senior National Inter-Department Hockey Championship 2025, Jamshedpur; 35th Lal Bahadur Shastri Hockey Tournament 2025, New Delhi. His appointment is a recognition of his professionalism, dedication, and long-standing contribution to the sport.
