Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai completed two years in office as Chhattisgarh’s Chief Minister on Saturday. Sai expressed gratitude to the people of State, describing the tenure not as mere governance but as years of service, dedication, and public participation. He called it one of the most significant periods of his life, offering a chance to connect closely with citizens and grasp their aspirations. In a post on X, Sai wrote: “Today, as I complete two years of service, my heart is filled with immense emotion.

These two years have been the most important of my life not just a time of governance, but of service and dedication. I got the opportunity to walk with you and see the reflection of my responsibility in your smile.” Sai highlighted efforts to spread development statewide, boosting farmers’ facilities for timely, fair produce prices; expanding youth opportunities through recruitment, training, and industries; building education, health, and road networks in tribal areas; and enhancing women’s safety and respect to foster confidence and self-reliance.

“The biggest change is that governance has reached people’s doorsteps, turning administrative distance into partnership. I am proud that Chhattisgarh is advancing toward trust and stability,” Sai added. Looking ahead, he pledged accelerated work on education, employment, agriculture, and rural development for a self-reliant state where youth thrive, farmers take pride, and citizens trust their government. “Dear ones, this journey continues toward a great destination. Keep lighting our path with your suggestions, hard work, and faith, your support guarantees Chhattisgarh’s bright future,” he concluded on X. Notably, Sai took oath as Chief Minister on December 13, 2023, at Science College Ground in Raipur.
