Business Reporter :

ROTARY Means Business (RMB) Nagpur’s flagship entrepreneurial gathering—Tiger Conclave—concluded as a resounding success at a premium resort in Pench, bringing together 108 participants from across India, including delegates from Udaipur, Pune, Baroda, Nashik, Kolkata, Mumbai and more. RMB President Swapnil Band, Secretary Nitin Jeswani, Treasurer Deepesh Bhartiya, Director Prashant Goel and the entire RMB Team worked extremely hard to make it a huge success. The conclave was inaugurated on November 28 by Shivkishan Agrawal, Founder of the Haldiram’s Group, in the presence of entrepreneurs, professionals, and RMB members. November 29 began with Kirit Joshi, who traced his journey from leaving his job at Furnplastic (Moderna furniture) to starting a small manufacturing facility—eventually scaling it into a Rs 1,200 crore enterprise.

The second speaker, Vishal Agrawal, shared a compelling turnaround story of transforming a loss-making rotational moulding unit into a profitable, diversified brand—Plasto. The third speaker, R Ramakrishnan, spoke about taking an audacious path after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, choosing entrepreneurship to build a global advisory network. The conclave closed with Dr Sanjay Arora, who delivered a high-energy session on multiplying profitability by shifting from commodity pricing battles to brand-building.
