CITY coach Kunal Dasarwar helped Maharashtra create history by winning both boys and girls team titles in the 69th School Games Nationals organised by School Games Federation of INDIA at Sagar. This was Dasarwar’s first assignment as coach of Maharashtra. Nagpur’s Vaishnavi Manglekar and Avnish Khiratkar were part of the winning team. Maharashtra boys beat Kerala 2-0 in quarters, thumped Haryana 2-0 semis and then blanked Rajasthan 2-0 in final. Girls team beat Vidya Bharti India 2-1, Rajasthan 2-0 and Tamil Nadu 2-1.
