On Veer Bal Diwas, BJP Mahanagar unit organised programmes at four Gurudwaras in the city Madan Mahal, Adhartal, Madhatal and Ranjhi. Senior party leaders and workers paid obeisance at Gurudwaras and offered tributes to Sahibzadas by bowing before the Guru Granth Sahib.
Addressing a programme held at Madan Mahal Gurudwara, State PWD Minister Rakesh Singh said the supreme sacrifice of Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj’s four Sahibzadas was an unparalleled offering for the protection of the nation, religion and Sanatan culture.
He said their unmatched bravery, firm faith and steadfast stand against injustice remain an immortal symbol of valour and sacrifice in human history.
Singh said that the Sahibzadas attained the highest form of martyrdom at a tender age for the defence of faith and the nation. Their courage is imprinted in golden letters in history. Even in childhood, they did not bow before tyranny and remained firm on the path of duty, faith and patriotism.
He added that the Sahibzadas’ extraordinary determination and spiritual strength continue to inspire generations, awakening the spirit of nationalism, sacrifice and self respect among citizens.
BJP State General Secretary Rahul Kothari said Veer Bal Diwas conveys a powerful message to children and youth that age is no barrier to courage and determination. He said the day serves as a strong medium to inculcate moral values, bravery and patriotism in future generations.
