Processing Track chaired by Manohar
Bhojwani,apioneeringfigureinIndia’s
pulses and plant-protein value chain.
Thetrack,themed“InnovatingIndia’s
Protein&Grain Value Chains for a
Sustainable Future,” brought together
leading experts, innovators, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to
chart the next decade of growth in
India’s agri-food ecosystem.
At the outset, Manohar Bhojwani
spoke about India’s growing role in
global protein security and the critical
importance of value addition in pulses, grains, millets, spices, and cereals.
The track featured interactive sessionsandtechnicaldeep-divesontopicssuchaspulsesvaluechainandsmart
protein;pulseproteinextractiontechnologies;plant-basedingredients, isolates, concentrates; export potential
