Shreerang Kaore has achieved a significant milestone by earning a place in the prestigious Indian Forest Service (IFS), a testament to his unwavering commitment and resilience. His journey, marked by perseverance and determination, serves as an inspiration to every aspirant aiming to serve the nation. A graduate from IIT Bombay in 2018 and a student of TBRAN’s Mundle English Medium School, Shreerang began preparing for the IFS soon after completing his degree. What set him apart was his methodical and precise approach to studying.

 

He meticulously planned his preparation around the exam schedule, dedicating special focus to challenging subjects especially Mechanical Engineering, which demanded considerable effort and time. Shreerang comes from a supportive and close- knit family of four. His father Deepak Kaore works in the Public Works Department, while his mother Anjali Kaore is a homemaker. His elder brother Omkar Kaore, who also appeared for the UPSC, has been a constant source of inspiration. Watching him study instilled in Shreerang a sense of purpose and discipline from an early age. Crucially, his parents never imposed decisions on him but supported him wholeheartedly in his choices, providing a foundation of emotional strength.

 

This achievement comes in his fifth attempt, underscoring the message that success often follows consistent effort, not instant results. To maintain balance during his rigorous preparation, Shreerang turned to painting, sketching, and badminton to refresh his mind. He also acknowledges the unwavering encouragement of his friends, whose belief in him helped him push forward during challenging times. Reflecting on his journey, Shreerang says, “Hard work and perseverance is the only way to succeed. Never give up when you are down and out, persevere through the situation and you will bear the fruits.” As he embarks on this new chapter as a member of the Indian Forest Service, Shreerang Kaore stands as a shining example of dedication, balance, and the power of never giving up.
