MP announces recruitment for 13,089 primary teachers; applications begin July 18

Good news for young aspirants seeking Government teaching positions in Madhya Pradesh. The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has released a notification for the recruitment of 13,089 primary teacher posts across the School Education Department and the Tribal Affairs Department.
This recruitment drive includes 10,150 positions in the School Education Department and 2,939 in the Tribal Affairs Department. Interested candidates can apply online on the official website from July 18 to August 6.
To be eligible, candidates must have qualified the Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility
Test (MP TET) in either 2020 or 2024. Additionally, applicants must possess a 12th-grade certificate with a minimum of 50% marks and a two-year D.El.Ed diploma, or a 12th-grade certificate with 50% marks and a four-year B.El.Ed degree, or a graduate degree with a two-year diploma in elementary education.
Please note that B.Ed degree holders are not eligible for this recruitment.
The age limit for applicants is 21 to 40 years for the unreserved category, and a maximum of 45 years for women (Madhya Pradesh residents) and reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/Persons
with Disabilities). Selected candidates will receive an initial salary of Rs 25,300 per month along with dearness allowance. The application fee is Rs 500 for the unreserved category and Rs 250 for SC/ST/OBC/Persons with Disabilities (Madhya Pradesh residents).
The tentative examination date is August 31, 2025, to be conducted in two shifts: the first from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, and the second from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Candidates are required to reach the examination center at least one hour prior to the commencement of the exam. Important Dates: Application Starts: July 18. Application Deadline: August 6.
