National Academy of Defence Production (NADP), Nagpur, hosted the ‘Security Conference – 2025’ on the August 20 and 21, bringing together senior leadership from Munitions India Limited, national security agencies, and defence technology innovators. At the outset, a comprehensive review of the existing security infrastructure across Munitions India Limited (MIL) was undertaken under the chairmanship of N P Naik, Director (HR), MILCO. The conference concluded with a forward-looking agenda that includes site assessments by defence solution providers to design integrated security systems tailored to the needs of ordnance factories, the creation of structured training pathways for junior security staff, and deeper engagement with national intelligence agencies to build a resilient and responsive security architecture.
