The Dharampeth Mahila Multi State Co-operative Society Limited, Nagpur conducted its 31st annual general meeting (AGM), recently at Amrut Bhavan, North Ambazari Road. In the meeting, the society declared 9.5 per cent dividend to the shareholders. On the occasion, Anagha Vaidya, Director presented the previous years progress report of the society. As on March 31, 2025 the society registered a business mix of Rs 2,337 crore and profit of Rs 8,25,15,377.43, said Nilima Bawne, Chairperson of the Society.

 

Nilima Bawne was also felicitated by the directors with shawl and coconut, for receiving the Lokmat Global Sakhi Award 2025 in London. Sarika Pendse, Vice President of the society was present. Neelam Bowade, Director proposed the vote of thanks, while Directors Anagha Vaidya, Sadhan Rakshamwar, and Shradha Purohit, conducted the programme. Shewta Garge compared the programme.
