In Seoni district, under the leadership of Collector, Sanskriti Jain, an impressive poster of ‘Gift a Desk’ campaign is underway. Under this campaign, prominent people of the society, officials and religious community are providing desks-benches as a democratic facility in educational institutions. In this series, the Jailer of Lakhanadaun, Kailash Narve, offered desks-benches to LCD Madhyamik Kanya Shala, Lakhanadaun, which was built earlier. On this occasion, a small felicitation ceremony was organised in the school. In a meeting, the facility of new seats was found as a gift and a glimpse of the future was clearly visible on their faces. In his address Narve said that children often faced problems due to lack of desks-benches.

 

Now with these new students, not only will the attendance of the children be better, but they will also be more focused in their studies.
