The second phase of agitation launched by AIDEF, INTUC, BPMS and CDRA in defence production units has concluded. The movement aimed at protecting employees’ service conditions and future security has been carried out in a phased manner. In the first phase, held on September 9, 2025, pamphlets were distributed among employees, highlighting administrative policies and federation’s struggle. The second phase was organised on September 10, 2025, where general meetings were conducted across all Ordnance Factories. In Madhya Pradesh, meetings took place at Ordnance Factory Khamaria, Gun Carriage Factory (GCF), Vehicle Factory Jabalpur (VFJ), Grey Iron Foundry (GIF), Ordnance Factory Katni and Ordnance Factory Itarsi during morning and evening shifts.
 
Leaders of the joint forum addressed employees on issues related to corporatisation, service conditions, upcoming option letters, and the case filed by AIDEF against the Secretary (Defence Production). Hundreds of employees gathered at various factory gates, showing seriousness about their future and extending support to the movement. Among the speakers and coordinators were Arnab Dasgupta, Pushpendra Singh, Rupesh Pathak, Harihar Meena (OFK), Ajay Rajak, Siddharth Thakur, Raja Pandey, Rakesh Rajak, Amit Chandel (GCF), Aseem Dubey (VFJ), Rakesh Dubey (GIF), Shiv Pandey (OF Katni), Makhan Kahar and Govind Soni (OF Itarsi). Senior representatives Sukesh Dubey, Rajendra Chadariya, Vinay Gupta, Rohit Yadav, Rambhuvan Patel, Manoj Sahu and others from different factories were also present.
