CREDAI Nagpur Metro will be holding the 15th edition of its flagship Property Expo at Chitnavis Centre, Civil Lines from September 26 to 29. Recognised as the region’s largest and most trusted real estate exhibition, the expo will bring together leading developers, homebuyers, investors, and industry professionals under one roof.

 

This was revealed by Rajmohan Sahu, President of CREDAI Nagpur Metro in a press conference on Saturday. Vishwash Gupta, Secretary of CREDAI Nagpur Metro, the Organising Committee of the 15th CREDAI Nagpur Metro Property Expo Chandrashekhar Khune, Convener; Vijay Joshi, Co Convener; Harshad Damle, Prathamesh Dargan, Youth Wing Convener, Bhavik Arya, Director Kukreja Infrastructure and Nimish Thaker, Marketing Head of Spacewood were also present at the meeting. Sahu further said,

 

“The 15th Property Expo is not just about showcasing properties, but about envisioning the future of real estate in harmony with nature. With our green theme, we aim to highlight sustainable living while providing buyers with best opportunities in Nagpur’s growing real estate market.” Vijay Joshi said that there will be 37 large state-of-the-art stalls including 2 air conditioned domes showcasing more than 250 projects under one roof. All the projects will be RERA registered projects ranging from price of Rs 15 lakh to Rs 15 crore.

 

There will be free parking for the visitors. The three main sponsors consists of Kukreja Infrastructure, Aditya Anagha and Spacewood. It is expected that more than 10,000 people will visit the grand exhibition.
