Fulfilling youth dreams key to nation’sprogress: CM Dr Yadav at Yuva Sangam

CHIEF Minister Dr Yadav virtually addressed the ‘Yuva Sangam Employment Fair-2026’ held at Sarangpur in Rajgarh district from Ravindra Bhavan, Bhopal, on Monday. MSME Minister Chaitanya Kashyap was present with him. The programme at Sarangpur was attended by Member of Parliament Sumer Singh Solanki, along with local MLAs and other public representatives. Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the nation is moving forward by connecting society with employment-oriented initiatives and fulfilling the dreams of youth. He said the Government aims to support youth through employment, enabling them to improve their lives and contribute to nationbuilding.
 
Youth are being assisted through the Startup Policy and other Government schemes. The Chief Minister said that employment fairs are being organised across various regions of the State to ensure that the youth of Madhya Pradesh get job opportunities with national and international companies at the regional level itself. The ‘Yuva Sangam Employment Fair’ organised at Sarangpur in Rajgarh district witnessed participation from youth candidates from Shajapur, Sehore, Agar-Malwa, Dewas, Bhopal and Guna districts. He said that the employment fair would prove to be a milestone in providing meaningful employment opportunities. Chief Minister Dr Yadav said that representatives from over 150 companies were participating in the ‘Yuva Sangam Employment Fair’.
 
Employment opportunities are being offered across the finance, sales, marketing, healthcare, manufacturing, IT, software, digital marketing and quality management sectors.He said that workshops were organised in colleges, ITIs and polytechnic institutions to enhance the skills and competencies of youth in line with industry requirements, enabling a higher selection rate during employment fairs. Representatives of participating companies expressed their consent to provide employment to youth for over 16,000 positions. Consent was also given for the recruitment of more than 3,000 women candidates. Additionally, eight companies participating in the fair are providing employment opportunities to persons with disabilities.
 
Companies at the fair are also offering job opportunities both within the country and abroad. Chief Minister Dr Yadav said that providing employment to persons with disabilities is a noble service, equivalent to serving the Almighty. He stated that employment offers a new beginning in life and is not merely a source of income, but a means of realising selfrespect and fulfilling family aspirations. The State Government is fully committed to providing all possible support through various schemes and programmes, and youth welfare remains a top priority. He added that the organisation of the Yuva Sangam Employment Fair reflects the spirit of National Youth Day, celebrated on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
 
Skill Development and Employment Minister Gautam Tetwal informed that the Yuva Sangam Employment Fair organised at Sarangpur has emerged as a historic achievement among employment fairs held in the State. He said that during the current financial year, 626 employment fairs were organised across Madhya Pradesh, connecting approximately 1.02 lakh youth with employment opportunities. Minister Tetwal said that out of nearly 35,000 youth registered at the Sarangpur employment fair, over 10,112 youth were provided employment, marking a new record in the State.
 
He described it as the largestever example of providing employment to the maximum number of youth in a single day through an employment fair in Madhya Pradesh. He stated that leading national and international companies such as Tata, Mahindra, Kirloskar, Tesla, Eicher, Paytm, Pratibha Syntex and Motherson participated in the fair. Their active participation provided youth with employment opportunities across diverse sectors and strengthened both industrial confidence and youth morale at the regional level.
