NAV Chhattisgarh Sahityik Sanskritik Santhan organised a symposium on the topic ‘Association with drugs is a big calamity in life’ at Vrindavan Hall, Civil Lines, Raipur recently. Retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Rajeev Chandra Shrivastava was the chief guest at the programme. Eminent litterateur Sanjeev Kumar Thakur presided over the function.
 
Jayant Thorat, Shatabdi Pandey, Manoj Masand and Ambar Shukla were present as special invitees. Shashank Khare conducted the proceedings of the programme. Pallavi Ruma Jha and Sushma Patel sang Saraswati Vandana. Suman Sharma Vajpee, Sunil Pandey, Dr M K Gautam, Dr Suresh Tiwari, Chetan Bharti, Dr Charu Chandra Diwan, Dr Manish Shrivastava and others were also present. Dr Uday Bhan Singh Chauhan proposed a vote of thanks.
