PRATIMA Bonde, Eklavya Awardee of Nagpur clinched her eighth straight gold medal in the 23rd Senior National Para Powerlifting Championships-2026 held at Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Bonde claimed the yellow metal in 50 kg category. She lifted 85 kg in the meet to emerge champion. Pratima is training at Munishwar Health Club under guidance of Dronacharya and Arjuna Awardee Vijay Munishwar since her debut in this field. President MSPA Manoj Balbudhe, her supporters Shivam Naik and Shripad Joshi congratulated Bonde on her consistent success at national level. Bonde will now participate in the forthcoming Khelo India Games and international events.
