BJP had given full term to Nanda Jichkar, but for next, the term was divided into two, adjusting Sandip Joshi and Dayashankar Tiwari. Though in Woman (General) category, the woman of any category can be made Mayor, the party may give chance to only open candidates. If, for next 2.5 years, the draw goes to a particular category, then candidates from open category will not get chance. In next three days, the speculations will end once Fadnavis finalises the name.
