With Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) winning a comfortable majority to run the House in Nagpur Municipal Corporation, it is crystal clear that the Mayor will be of this party. As no other party will be fielding its candidate, the Mayor is most likely to be elected unopposed. Meanwhile, most parties have already submitted their post-election details to Divisional Commissioner Vijayalaxmi Bidari as a part of procedure.

 

BJP is likely to submit it on January 27 or 28. Every party has to submit the information of its elected members with the administration.
