Melodious songs bring joy to residents of Gandhi Leprosy Ashram

SINGERS from Muskan and KGN Musical Group presented a series of melodious songs, bringing warmth and heartfelt entertainment to the residents of the Gandhi Leprosy Ashram in Gandhinagar. Along with the musical performances, literature was distributed among the ashram members as a gesture of care, compassion, and social inclusion.
 
The musical evening was organised on the death anniversary of late Lakshman Das Golani, a senior social worker and former officebearer of Sohagpur Municipal Council, under the banner of the ‘Hamare Papa’ programme. Senior nationalist thinker Shashi Bhai Seth, MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani, Kiran Wadhwani and Kannu Agrawal, Chairman of the Jan Bhagidari Committee of Sohagpur College, attended the programme as chief guests.
 
Appreciating the initiative, MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani praised the emotional depth and social sensitivity of the ‘Hamare Papa’ programme. J D Golani and Varsha Golani welcomed the guests and participants, while the programme succeeded in creating a joyful and meaningful experience for the ashram residents.
