DIVISIONAL Commissioner, Dhananjay Singh chaired a review meeting on Wednesday through virtual mode for redressal of division level CM helpline cases. Following the same, the pending CM helpline cases of social justice, water resources, school education, tribal, health and agriculture and allied sectors departments were reviewed.

 

Among the significant complaints identified by the departmental officers during the review, most of the complaints were satisfactorily resolved. It is noteworthy that the pending payment case of Janani Suraksha Yojana amount of Pramila Pati Gulshan of Narsinghpur district was resolved today with the satisfaction of the beneficiary.

 

The Divisional Commissioner directed the Divisional Officers to promptly dispose of other such pending cases in the Division. Joint Commissioner Singh directed the under performing officers in the CM Helpline to monitor regularly to bring expected progress and resolve pending complaints expeditiously. The concerned divisional officers informed about the updated status of CM Helpline. The concerned district officers were also present in virtual form in this review meeting.
