RESIDENTS of several areas in
Bhopal have been informed of
scheduled power outages on
January 8 due to departmental maintenance work. These
outages are planned to ensure
smooth functioning and
improvement of electricity
supply in the city. Citizens are
advised to plan their work
accordingly and take necessary precautions.
In Pragti Parisar and nearby
areas, electricity will be
switched off from 10 am to 4
pm.
Similarly, residents in
Happy Homes, Patrakar
Bhawan, MLA Rest House,
Harrison House, IDBI Bank
opposite AIR, Malviya
Complex, Dr Nahar Line,
Bahurani Saree, Suvidha Law
House, Sajawat Jewellers,
Central Market, Mochi
Showroom, and 82 Malviya
Nagar will face power cuts from
11 am to 4 pm.
Other affected areas include
Birla Mandir, Vallabh Nagar,
Bhim Nagar, and surrounding
localities, where power will be
unavailable from 11 am to 4 pm.
Residents of Janta Nagar, Janta
Quarter, Panchwati Phase I &
II, Nabi Bagh, Aaradhana
Nagar, Ratan Colony, Mittal
College, Avasthi Farm, Regal
Estate, Sant Jude Education
Society, Royal Homes, and
nearby areas will experience
outages from 10 am to 4 pm.
In Lake Parel Garden, Aditya
Avenue, Garden State, Col
Corner, Suvidh Vihar, Suraj
Nagar, and near Manan
Hospital, power will be off from
11 am to 2 pm.
while
Vivekanand Nagar, Samanvay,
Soniya Vihar, New Fort, New
Fort Extension, Avantika Phase
3, and Surendra Manik will have
electricity cuts from 10 am to
4 pm.
Finally, DPS School,
Bairagarh Chichli, Meena
Khedi, Daulatpur, Vipsana
Centre, Peer Badli, Satgarhi,
Amrai, Gehukheda, and nearby areas will experience outages from 11 am to 2 pm.
Officials have requested all
residents to take necessary precautions, such as charging essential devices, avoiding the use of
heavy electrical equipment during the outages, and ensuring
safety measures at homes. Power
is expected to be restored
promptly after the scheduled
maintenance in each area.
