FOUR persons allegedly cheated a Punebased company and its partners of Rs 2 crore by promising to secure Government projects through their connections with ministers and senior Government officials. The accused allegedly handed over fake project documents after receiving the money. Tehsil Police registered a case against the four accused on Wednesday. They are yet to be arrested.
 
The complainant, Ritu Bharat Malhotra (31), a resident of Chinchwad, Pune,founded Exist Solutions Private Limited with some partners in 2019. On January 4, 2024, she and her partners were introduced to Rahul Gopalrao Siraskar (41), Rohit Damodhar Randad (40), Ankush Harikishan Agarwal (42), and one other, all residents of Pimpri-Chinchwad. The accused were associated with Pathway Business Consultancy.
