This year ‘Dhamaal Dandiya 2026’ is underway at Maharajbagh Club Lawns, at Bhole Petrol Pump Square, Amravati Road, that is attracting people of different cultures to grab the opportunity to swirl to the tunes of Garba.
On third-day of Navratri, the Lawn was jam packed of all ages, who danced on Garba beats full of energy. The influence of Western and Bollywood music has made it more of a fusion. While many participate, others just watch people perform the dances.
Participants in colourful chaniya cholis and kediyas dominated the dance floor, and popular soundtracks compelled everyone in the venue to move and groove. Different Garba songs with Bollywood music were sung by local artists creating lively atmosphere which made the third-day a grand success. The musicians on the stage were the heart of the event who played various songs throughout the event. ‘The Hitavada’ is the media partner of this nine-day-long celebration which is attracting huge crowed daily.
