The Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI), Vidarbha Branch with the Head and Neck Surgeons (HNS) Vidarbha successfully conducted the ENT–CHEST Symposium 2026 at KIMS–Kingsway Hospitals, Nagpur, focusing on ‘A Scientific Update on Sleep Apnea & Airway Management.’ The distinguished faculty—Dr Vikas Agarwal, Dr Rahul Modi, Dr Gauri Kapre, Dr Himija Karia, Dr Abhishek Faye and Dr Sameer Lote—delivered excellent, engaging and clinically relevant presentations.

 

The programme was conducted under the leadership of Dr Ajay Deshpande, President; Dr Disha Methwani, Secretary; Dr Siddheshwar Naringe, President-Elect; Dr Vikas Wahane, Treasurer; and Dr Gauri Kapre, Chairman Scientific, AOI and HNS Vidarbha, with Dr Sweta Lohiya as Course Convener. The organisers expressed their sincere gratitude to Dr Tushar Gawad, Centre Head, KIMS–Kingsway Hospitals. Special appreciation was extended to the anaesthetists Dr Chandrashekharan Cham, Dr Pawan Deshpande and Dr Manish Sonkusle. The programme also received academic recognition with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) granting 2 MMC Credit Points to participating delegates. Dr Disha Methwani, proposed a vote of thanks.
