Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) has rescheduled its winter 2026 written examination scheduled for October 23 to November 1. According to a circular issued by the Directorate of Examinations and Evaluation on Thursday, the examination was initially changed from October 23 to October 25 in view of the Nagpur Graduates’ Constituency election to the Legislative Council scheduled for October 23. However, as the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (SET) is also scheduled on October 25, the University has decided to postpone the examination further to avoid inconvenience to students and examination centres. The examination will now be held on Sunday, November 1, at the designated centres and at the timings mentioned in the earlier timetable. The circular, issued by Dr Anoop Palsokar, Director of the Board of Examinations and Evaluation, has asked principals of affiliated colleges, heads of departments, examination centre heads and students to take a note of the revised schedule.
