When asked about the reason behind sudden rise in per centage in next two hours, an official on condition of anonymity said at some centres, a large number of voters turned up after 3 pm. The voting per centage suddenly increased due to sudden arrival of voters at the polling centres in the last hour. This led to delay in compiling the voting count.
