Chief : Minister Dr Mohan Yadav and Public Works Minister Rakesh Singh expressed grief over the deaths. Following the incident, Minister Singh contacted Collector Arun Kumar Vishwakarma to obtain details and directed officials to ensure proper treatment for the injured child. Chief Minister announced financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh each for the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured child. 

 

Divisional Commissioner Dhananjay Singh and Collector Arun Kumar Vishwakarma visited Medical College to enquire about the 13-year-old boy’s condition and review his treatment with doctors. Medical College Superintendent Dr Arvind Sharma said the child’s condition was stable and he was out of danger. He had been admitted to the paediatric surgery ward. Due to an injury to his chest, doctors were considering shifting him to the intensive care unit. All necessary investigations had been completed, he added.
