The executive body meeting for the 44th Metalliferous Mines Safety Week for Region-I and Region-II of the Nagpur Division was held on October 26 at Hotel Centre Point, Ramdaspeth, under the aegis of DGMS Nagpur.

The meeting was held under the guidance of Prafulla Ranjan Thakur, Director of Mines Safety, Region-I, and Durga Shankar Salvi, Director of Mines Safety, Region-II. Representing Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd, Jeevan Hedau, Secretary of the Committee, presented the roadmap for the upcoming activities. Deputy Directors from both regions, R Sudhir, K Srinivas and Mahendranath, offered important suggestions and inputs.

On behalf of Lloyds Metals & Energy Vikas Thakare, VP, Surjagarh Mine, assured the committee of the successful conduct of the programme, while Mohsin Khan proposed a vote of thanks.
