IN Amajor boost for police aspirants, the Madhya Pradesh
Employees Selection Board
(MPESB) has announced direct
recruitment for 1,000 Constable
(Driver) posts.
The recruitment, on behalf of
the Police Headquarters, will fill
800 posts in the District Police
Force and 200 posts in the Special
Armed Force (SAF).
As per the rulebook released
by the Board, the posts are for
male candidates only. Online
applications will begin from
October 15, and will continue till
October 29. Candidates will be
able to make corrections in their
forms till November 3. The written examination is tentatively
scheduled to begin from January
4, 2027, in two phases.
A valid driving licence is
mandatory for all applicants,
along with fulfilment of prescribed physical efficiency
norms. MPESB has made biometric verification compulsory
at the examination centre.
Candidates must carry their
admit card and an original photo ID, Aadhaar, driving licence,
PAN card or passport.
The Board has also made
UIDAI verification of Aadhaar
compulsory. Applicants have
been advised to ensure all
Aadhaar-linked details are accurate at the time of applying.
